Didn't even get to go to the concert
It’s not everyday you get a last minute Twitter DM from a friend asking if you want to do an on camera interview with Lil Kim in a few hours. I can’t even imagine how jittery and messy the end result would have been, so I was kind of a weird mixture of disappointed and relieved when I heard that Kim would instead spend her pre-performance time taking a nap instead of talking to a nervous gay boy with a microphone. This is the missed opportunity of my lifetime.
